Niemand ist bei ORA für Kunden zuständig. Auch das war nur ein üblicher Textbaustein. Hätte man die Anfrage geprüft, hätte man an den deutschen (nicht vorhandenen) Service verwiesen. 🙃

Ich glaube, das ist jetzt langsam rübergekommen, dass der Service bei ORA quasi Null ist.
Wenn man das jetzt aber (fast) jedes Mal wieder erwähnt, dann wird der Inhalt dieses Forums auch nur unnötig aufgeblasen, oder nicht?
